From the All Programs list in the start menu lunch the windows contact then click on import button in toolbar. Now highlight the vCards option and the press Import. Select all 500 vCards which you want to import, then click open. In the Microsoft Outlook go to File's tab and select the Import and Export.
Select Import Internet Mail and Address and click on Next. Now, Highlight "Outlook Express 4.x, 5.x, 6.x or Windows Mail" from the list of programs, check the box next to "Import Address Book" and click Next.
At here select Do not import duplicate items radio button and click finish to done your job.
