Install a Digital Signature for Microsoft Word 2003 and 2007

A digital signature or digital signature scheme is a mathematical scheme for demonstrating the authenticity of a digital message or document. A valid digital signature gives a recipient reason to believe that the message was created by a known sender, and that it was not altered in transit. Digital signatures are commonly used for software distribution, financial transactions, and in other cases where it is important to detect forgery or tampering.You can have a digital signature writing a document on Word 2003 and  2007.

How to do..

 Word 2003:

At first open the document to be signed, then click on the Option which is in the Tools tab. Click on the Security tab and choose Digital Signature. Now Add and highlight the signature, now click on Yes button to save your document before signing. Click Yes yo install the signature in your document.

 Word 2007:
ocum Open the document to be signed, click Signature Line which is in the Insert tab. In the  dialogue box click OK to signature setup. In the signer name field type your name. Type in your title and email address. Type in any istructions that are to be include with the document such as instructions for reviewers. Check the box to indicate if the signature is to be dated. Check the box if document viewers can add comments.
