Edit Glare Out of Pictures

There some reason for Glare when flash from the camera, for example: flash hits a shiny surface such as Mirors, Glass, automobiles and etc... If you have Windows, you can use a native photo-editing application to fix just the lighting elements in pictures with glaring imperfections.

How to do...
At first type Photo Gallery in the search box of the Start menu, open the Windows Live Photo Gallery.
In the left panel click on All photos and Videos, the select Pictures, choos your photo which you want to editing to appears in the center pane.
On the Edit tab click the Fine Tune button in the adjustment section, in the right panel click on Adjust Exposure, to adjust the photo pull the sliders in the Shadows and Highlights Categories till glare has been reduced.
You've done, just click on Close File in right of application to save your work automatically.
